Fund Custody
Trading Tribe does not hold or otherwise have control over client funds. All funds deposited by clients for the purposes of Trading Tribe are held by PU Prime LLC (“PU Prime”). PU Prime maintains segregated client trust accounts, with top-tier banks, as an extra layer of protection of clients’ funds. PU Prime is a fully regulated entity, holding licenses from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Seychelles, the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius, and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa.
Refund Policy
- Our refund policy reimburses up to 20% of total capital loss on a deposit between $1,000 and $2,000. Every $ above $2,000 falls outside our policy.
- Reimbursement is only possible after a minimum investment period of 6 months. Withdrawals are possible at any time, but any reimbursement initiated after a withdrawal made before the 6-month period will be denied.
- To access the refund, investors must have watched our Long-Term Vision and Psychology course.
- Our broker provides us an advance on their profits, enabling us to offer these refunds. However, in the event that the broker does not pay out the advancement, we cannot guarantee a refund. We've been working with PU Prime since July 2024, and our relationship has always been exceptional. If this unlikely event were ever to happen, we would communicate this within 24 hours to our investors.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days and paid out in USD.
